The defining mechanic

Your body is the canvas.
The room is the disguise.

MECCHA CHAMELEON is multiplayer hide-and-seek built around visual deception. Hiders paint their white bodies to echo wallpaper, brick, framed art, props, and shadow. Seekers look for the one detail the scene cannot explain.

Paint is not a cosmetic layer. Hue, value, surface response, silhouette, and pose all affect whether the disguise reads as part of the stage.

Hider / Seeker doctrine

Two roles.
One visual language.

Hider
Match color and material, remove a readable human silhouette, choose a pose the room can plausibly contain.
Seeker
Read the whole composition before chasing pixels: scan outline, repetition, lighting, movement, then color.
